Date Set for Turkey’s Bayraktar TB2 UAV Export to Bosnia and Herzegovina
Turkey’s defense company Baykar is set to export its Bayraktar TB2 Armed Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to Bosnia and Herzegovina, with an official timeline revealed. After successful negotiations, Bosnia and Herzegovina agreed to incorporate the Bayraktar TB2 UAVs into its armed forces inventory.
The export process is scheduled to commence this year, as stated by Bosnian authorities. Bosnia and Herzegovina aims to strengthen its defense capabilities by leveraging Turkey’s expertise and technology in UAVs. This initiative also aligns with Turkey’s strategy to boost its defense exports and fortify regional military cooperation.
The Bayraktar TB2 UAV is recognized globally for its superior reconnaissance and combat capabilities and has been integrated into the armed forces of several countries. Bosnia and Herzegovina’s inclusion of this system marks a significant enhancement in its national defense infrastructure.
