TUSAŞ and SSB Sign Strategic Supply Agreements for Combat Aircraft KAAN and ANKA-S

The Turkish aerospace and defense sector marked a significant milestone as TUSAŞ and the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) formalized critical supply contracts for the indigenous Combat Aircraft KAAN and the unmanned aerial vehicle ANKA-S projects. These partnerships underline Turkey’s commitment to bolster its defense capabilities through national production.

The KAAN project represents Turkey’s advanced indigenous fifth-generation combat aircraft initiative. The latest agreements with SSB are set to accelerate engineering, procurement, and serial production efforts of KAAN, ensuring a streamlined development timeline and enhanced operational readiness.
