Archiving Policy
Digital preservation refers to the set of processes and activities that ensure the long-term, continuous accessibility of information available in digital formats. The archiving policy of the A5 Journal of Defense Industry includes the following measures:
Website Archiving
All electronic content (website, articles, and process files) is stored in multiple locations. The main server hosts the content online and makes it accessible to readers. In addition, identical copies are kept as backups on two separate sources. In the event of a server failure, these backup sources can be activated to ensure that the website becomes accessible again within 24 hours.
Long-Term Preservation
The full text of all articles is archived globally in CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, and the PKP Preservation Network (PN). These trusted digital preservation systems guarantee the long-term survival and accessibility of the journal’s content.
Author Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles on personal or institutional websites immediately after publication, provided that full bibliographic details are included and a link to the original publication in this journal is provided.
